My Journey in to healing:

I became inspired by complementary therapies after a period of illness in my own life during my Illustration degree, which had a huge impact on my life. I began a journey of healing through complementary therapies, good nutrition, yoga and art and was incredibly inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, a Buddhist monk, on mindfulness and living in the present moment.

This became so much part of my way of living and personality, that I then began to train as a therapist after I recovered. I know from my own personal experience as well as through treating my clients, just how profound and powerful the benefits of holistic therapies are as it has changed my life.

My experiences have taught me to listen to the wisdom of my body and to return ‘home’ to the important things in life – my heart!

I have a very ‘holistic’ approach to living now. As well as a strong passion and commitment to the health and well-being of myself and others. I have helped and assisted clients with many different mental, emotional or physical problems such as depression and anxiety, grief, cancer – of the breast, oesophagus, bowel, pancreas, gall bladder, skin and ovaries, brittle bone disease and chronic fatigue syndrome (ME), addictions (smoking), candida, back & neck problems, insomnia, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, as well as digestive and respiratory problems.

It is a beautiful and profound experience walking beside my clients through their own healing journeys! I feel blessed to be working as a Therapist and connecting in this way!

I am happy to discuss any of the therapies with you!
